LDPE Maoming Petrochemical M1850A
LDPE Maoming Petrochemical M1850A Resin
Material Introduction: LDPE Maoming Petrochemical M1850A is high‑flow low‑density polyethylene, featuring excellent processability and favorable product surface appearance.
Main Applications
Injection‑molded products: specially applied for plastic flowers and bonsai ornaments. It is also widely used in uniforms, garments, luggage, sofas, balls, automotive decorations, highway & railway isolation fences, municipal guardrails, high‑value micro‑fiber synthetic leather and breathable garment‑grade synthetic leather.
Coating material: available for coating application.
Masterbatch carrier: high‑flow property makes it widely used as carrier resin for color masterbatch and functional masterbatch.
Performance Parameters
| Performance Category | Test Item | Test Method / Condition | Test Data / Unit | Remarks & Interpretation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic Properties | Density | ISO 1183 / GB/T 1033 | 0.918‑0.9205 g/cm³ | Typical LDPE density range. |

Injection‑Molding Process Parameters
| Process Parameters | Recommended Range | Remarks & Interpretation |
|---|---|---|
| Drying Treatment | Normally not required | Low‑hygroscopic LDPE for direct usage. Dry at 60‑70 ℃ for 1‑2 h under extremely humid storage condition. |
| Barrel Temperature | 160‑190 °C | Reference recommended setting. General LDPE range 180‑280 ℃ is for reference only. Start with relatively low temperature to avoid thermal degradation for this high‑flow grade. |
| Mold Temperature | 20‑40 °C | Low mold temperature shortens cycle time and prevents product deformation. |
| Injection Pressure | Adjust according to practical condition | High flowability fills cavity under low‑medium pressure; excessive pressure will cause flash. |
| Injection Speed | Medium‑high speed | High‑speed injection improves production efficiency by taking advantage of good flowability. |
| Screw Speed | Moderate speed | Avoid excessive shear heat which triggers material degradation. |
| Back Pressure | 0.5‑1.0 MPa | Low back pressure for melt compaction; high back pressure generates redundant shear heat. |
